Yep, you heard that right! There is a lifetime guarantee on all custom work for the ORIGINAL owner of the tack! As far as I know, I'm the only designer offering this guarantee, that is how confident I am of the security of my workmanship! All 'custom work' is any application of gemstones, turquoise or silver and any wirework that I do to the existing tack. As I do not make the leather tack items myself and although I use the best Weaver leather for my tack, my guarantee only covers MY custom work. Nevertheless, I do not get returns for breakage on leather or custom work, but I do need to clarify this.

What this guarantee does NOT cover....

1) Lost conchos & buckles. It is your responsibility as a safe and responsible rider to make sure all buckles and conchos are secure before and after riding. I will not replace these lost items due to 'screws falling out'. Clear fingernail polish or loctite is used by many to secure these items.

2)Breakage of leather straps, factory buckles or other components. I use the best Weaver, doubled and stitched leather for my designs, I am picky about quality, durability and safety but because horses are powerful animals that can cause even the highest quality leather products and hardware to break and I have no control over how these products are used. Which leads me to...

3)Loss of custom work due to horses rubbing against a fence or post, rolling, leaning or rubbing and causing custom work to break, crush or become lost or horses that are prone to set back once tied and breaking the leather or tearing away the custom work. Make sure you are aware of how your horses are when tacked up so loss does not occur.

I will be happy to repair any damage caused by any of the above but will need to charge you for any lost gems, silver, conchos or fancy buckles. Postage will also be charged. Items sent back for repairs that aren't paid for with postage will not be returned.

If you need to send tack back that actually needs repairs of custom work due to no fault of your own or your horse I will repair free of charge including return postage. I will inspect the damage once it's returned.

Again, I am super happy to have a lifetime guarantee for my customers! I have spent 7 years perfecting my technique and because I only use top quality components I am confident that you will enjoy your tack for years to come!

Because of the custom nature of my tack, unless noted, items are not in stock, I make each item as ordered. It takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks to complete your order. Also, please note: I cannot guarantee a stone color match for any items purchased at a separate date from one another. I will strive to get as close a match as possible.
