This section contains information you need to know. I'm sorry there is so much to read, but please take the time to read the info, it pretty much wraps up all the questions you may (or may not) have.

*There is a lifetime guarantee on all custom work for the original owner! See the link at bottom of page for conditions.

*No items are in stock, I make each item as it's ordered. My normal turn around time is 2-4 weeks, more during x-mas season. I will always let you know my estimated turn around time.

*Customization is done in the order of when payment is received. Orders will not be put on my list to complete until payment has been made.

*Once we finalize your design I will send you another email with details of your design, color, leather etc. before I begin making your order. You are responsible to make sure that all the order details are correct. This includes, all design choices, sizes, dates and addresses. Once your confirm my email as correct this is how your order will be made up.

*I cover all my wirework with a soft, durable suede leather so no wires show or poke. This adds comfort to the horse and added durability.

*I do not start any custom work until the order is paid in full, no exceptions.

*All turquoise used for these designs are treated with a clear coating (almost all turquoise on the market today comes treated) so that water, sun, bleach, skin oil, etc won't permeate or damage the stones. So, the color won't fade or the stones won't be damaged.

*I stand behind my work and if something breaks, while this is honestly does not happen, all custom work is guaranteed to last under normal use and will be repaired at no cost. Letting your horse rub the custom work off however, is not considered my fault. Repairs will be charged for this. See link at bottom of page for guarantee details.

*I will put custom work on tack you already own provided the tack is clean and of superior quality. I will NOT put my designs on anything "Made In India" so don't even bother with that one.

*Custom orders, i.e. designs not seen on this page, are welcome. I will help you design something unique and gorgeous just for you..NO EXTRA CHARGE!

HOW TO PURCHASE:

There are several ways for you to pay:

1). This website has "Add To Cart" buttons which allow you a secure checkout. It will take you through PayPal's secure server SSL where you can use your VISA, Master Card, Discover without fear of fraud or others viewing your card numbers. You do NOT need a PayPal acccount to use the cart and PayPal checkout. Or,

2). Email or call me, 7 days a week with your order, I am happy to take orders over the phone. I will then email you an invoice to check out using PayPal. Phone orders may call: 715-218-7992

3). Email me or call me with your order choices I can put up a Buy Now button in the "Custom Payments" department at on this website. Simply click the Buy Now button next to your name and you will be taken thru PayPal's secure SSL payment system. Again, you do not need a PayPal account.

I do accept personal checks or money orders but personal checks must clear my bank before I start any custom work. Email me for my address.

I do ship internationally but if you are an international buyer please email with your order information and I will send you an email with an invoice attached which has a secure link for a secure checkout via PayPal, or I can put up a custom payment button in the 'custom payments' department and you can proceed that way as well. The reason for this is I need to calculate international shipping charges for your order. If you have any questions please drop me a line.
